After early-career experience in audit, accounting advisory, M&A due diligence, and acquisition/turnaround projects at professional services firms, I have spent more than 20 years leading finance, accounting, and broader corporate functions in operating companies.
As a Labor and Social Security Consultant (Shakai Hoken Rōmushi) and a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (US CPA), I combine hands-on HR/labor expertise with a governance and accounting-oriented perspective. My strength is not only designing policies and rules, but operationalizing them down to workflows, roles and responsibilities, and exception handling, so they work in practice and can be sustained over time.
I provide end-to-end support across work rules and HR policy development, Labor Standards Inspection, initial-response frameworks and issue structuring for workplace matters (including harassment), and the rollout and stabilization of HR operations—delivering implementable solutions grounded in both executive priorities and frontline realities.
